This is why we offer a very different solution for MSPs.
Our MSP solutions differ in every respect, from how they are managed to how they are priced.

What Do we offer to MSPs?

Our primary MSP package is built on the Open-Xchange Email Cloud service.

OX Cloud is a professional, easy to use email platform that still offers a full range of advanced features. It is a fully hosted email and webmail solution, available in a choice of datacenters located in Europe, the USA, or India.

You choose where your data is stored, and we take care of the rest.

We give you a complete management and provisioning service: Connecteeva.

Connecteeva is your one-stop platform for managing your FUAGO MSP products. It allows you to create custom packages, provision them to your customers, and upgrade or modify them as needed. You can also use it to monitor usage and track what has been provisioned.

Connecteeva provides your end users with a Single Sign-On (SSO) launch platform, making access simpler for everyone.

We also offer additional open-source products such as OpenTalk video conferencing, OpenCloud Storage and more.

MSP Business Model

Our business model is very simple

You pre-purchase 150 mailboxes at an extremely low monthly cost.
This allows you to provision your first 150 mailboxes at no additional charge (excluding add-ons).
Each mailbox includes Email, Email Security, Business Calendar, Tasks and Storage.
Choose Add-ons.
When provisioning a mailbox — or later as an upsell — you can choose from the following add-ons:

Guard – Advanced end-to-end email encryption
Drive – Integrated cloud storage with sharing, versioning, collaboration, and document editing
AI – Integrated artificial intelligence features, from email composition to mailbox queries
Forwarding Accounts – Forward emails with no storage (e.g. sales@)
Storage – Additional storage options
We perform monthly audits and then invoice you for your 150 mailboxes, plus any additional mailboxes or add-ons you have provisioned.
