As now expected from FUAGO the day was completely packed with lively discussions, new insights, market developments and exciting product news. Here is a test of what you missed if you could not join us!
Opening Remarks from FUAGO
The main event kicked off on Wednesday. Elisabeth, our moderator, got things started by welcoming everyone and introducing Sascha, who gave his trademark warm welcome and set the tone for the day.

After a quick break, everyone jumped into a Speed Networking session hosted by Droxic.
It was a bit of an experiment, but it ended up being one of the day’s highlights.
People really got into it, sparking a bunch of lively and engaging conversations that resonated through the room.

After a quick coffee and snack break, everyone gathered for the next round.
Open-Xchange, OpenTalk, and OpenCloud kicked things off, followed by an exciting deep dive from audriga on how structured email can power smarter messaging.

Next, Sascha took the stage with Jan from Open-Xchange. Skipping the usual slides and formalities, the two chatted about their shared plan to adopt Connecteeva (by Czichos) as their management platform. Before long, the discussion got pretty deep, so they invited Carsten from Czichos to join them and share his vision for the product’s future.
This was then followed by a Peer giving his usual informative and inspiring talk on ‘Why Digital Sovereignty isn’t a Tech Problem.’
Big Stage Debate
is Open Source Still the underdog, or the new industry benchmark?
Moderated by Elisabeth, the final session brought together a diverse panel of Open Source experts: Sascha and Peer, technical specialist Wolfgang, and wildcard adopter of Open Source Software Gerwin.
Elisabeth steered the discussion with challenging questions that sparked thoughtful insights, lively debate, and even plenty of input from the audience. It was a fitting and fascinating finale to the Meet-up.

Sascha wrapped up the formal part of the Meet-up with a few thoughtful closing remarks, then invited Lisa to join him on stage.
Together, they thanked everyone who helped make the event a success — and shared the exciting news that next year’s FUAGO Meet-up will be held in Munich!

The rest of the evening was all about great food, live entertainment from the talented band Duo Barfuss, and of course, a drink or two. The highlight came when Sascha joined the band for an impressive rendition of Creep. From there, the night carried on in true FUAGO style — but, as always, what happens at the FUAGO Partner Meet-up stays at the FUAGO Partner Meet-up! 😊
