Connecteeva v0.33.0: True Single User Contexts for OX Cloud

You can now assign a user to a single user context directly from Connecteeva. Tick the option and a separate context gets created automatically in the background, so that user stays fully isolated from everyone else on the service. No manual context juggling required.
- ✓New option when assigning a service to a user: mark as single user context
- ✓Separate context is created automatically in the background, invisible to the user
- ✓Users in a single user context cannot see other users in the same service
- ✓Service card now shows a user icon top right as a visual indicator for single user contexts
